TANYA TAYLOR

Tanya Taylor graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Music from the University of Utah, followed by earning an Executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute. She has worked as a University Professor, Performing Arts Director,  Executive Director, Motivational Speaker, and Social Activist.

Most recently,  Ms. Taylor was featured in Carnegie Hall as the collaborative accompanist alongside professional opera singer, Debra Cook. 

Ms. Taylor was featured in Park City Magazine as one of the top three talent coaches in Utah. She has owned and operated her own company, Taylor Productions, for the past 20 years - producing over 500 live shows to date.  She continues to work as a Producer, Sound Engineer, and Recording Artist,  owning and operating two independent recording studios.  She has released over 20 albums of original music. 

In 2019, Ms. Taylor wrote and produced the musical, SUDAN & ME. At the World Premiere for the musical, Front Row Reviewer’s claimed, “Tanya Taylor is a beautiful and talented woman with an even more beautiful heart.  This story needs to be told and re-told.”

Ms. Taylor just released her latest musical, POWERTRIP, a musical that shadows her experiences in a corrupt legal system, and manifests the musical's tagline, "where the justice system is the place of injustice."  

In December 2019, Ms. Taylor released the inaugural album to series, WORLD HOLIDAY FUSION.  The project earned accolades from June C. Ginsburg and Bryan Stevenson (Equal Justice Initiative). The collective body of work currently features 214 professional musicians from 78 countries around the globe.

An accomplished writer, Ms. Taylor is currently writing  a book about antisemitism through a project/grant with The National Endowment for the Humanities.
